  • This fitness program can be called a combination of Personal Training, Fitness Boot Camp, mixed along with the Accountability that WE provide for all of our clients with serious fitness goals.
  • Groups average in Size from 2-4 People per session.
  • Sessions are based on the workout for that day and may range in time from 45-60 minutes.
