- This training program is a variation of Andrew’s 60-Day Fitness Intensive Program.
- This fitness program can be called a combination of Personal Training, Fitness Boot Camp, mixed along with the Accountability that I provide for all of my clients with serious fitness goals.
- Groups average in Size from 2-4 People per session. Sessions are possible to be One-on-One depending on Scheduling. “Unlimited” sessions is defined by as many 5 sessions per week.
- Sessions are based on the workout for that day and may range in time from 40-60 minutes.
- This is a Truly Effective Weight Loss and Fitness Improvement Program
- There are NO Drastic Measures and NO Huge Calorie Restrictions.
