“I had been working out since I was 16 years old and always in good shape. Then at age 41 I started gaining weight (mostly due to being lazy and partially due to a medication), yet regardless of how it happened I was 30 pounds overweight within 6 months.

That is exactly what I did and as a result I signed on for a series of workouts to meet my specific requirements. I had played golf for 50 years and as a result of some medical challenges including surgery, my golf game had declined significantly. As an example, my swing speed had dropped to 92 mph, down from the 99 mph I had been able to maintain for years. Upon completion of my personal training program with Andrew I was able to produce swing speeds as high as 101 mph! I had not been at this level in 20 years! That was an excellent result!
